why client every morning be down

hey , well every time i woke up try to get to the server but.. i cant
ITS STUCK AT 1% and never load so i think its because vps or something
and i enjoying the server so ream try to get vps fast 
and thx. hope u get it soon

Your time must be earlier than mine, If you would like VPS please donate to help me get it? I cant just go buy it with no money..

Please help and the client wont load becuase the server is offline -.- I do try keep the server on late as i can, I stay upto 6 in morning sometimes so dont complain i have to get sleep or i will be ****,
